Security Clearance for
Parent Participation with Students

In order to be cleared as a volunteer in the Diocese of St. Augustine, you must first create an account on VIRTUS (directions on link below). In the process of creating the account, as a new user, you will be prompted to schedule a Protecting God's Children class. New users and returning users will need to follow the LiveScan Instructions below to schedule an appointment for fingerprinting.

Volunteer security clearances are done every 5 years. You will be notified by the school in advance of your expiration. The clearance is now done through the VIRTUS website. Directions are as follows:​

Renewal for volunteer (has participated in a Protecting God's Children Class therefore has a VIRTUS account)
