Located approximately one mile west of A1A on County Road 210, this state-of-the-art facility will ultimately house over 450 students from Kindergarten through 8th Grade.
Palmer Catholic Academy was founded in 1997 to provide our children and our community with a quality education within a loving Catholic environment.

The foundation of our educational program is developmental learning, language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies. In addition, physical education, secondary language, music, art, computer science, and special events are integrated into the curriculum. These educational instruments are enhanced by daily religious instruction and prayer intended to strengthen the learning process and give our children a well rounded Catholic Christian education.

Our Pastor
Monsignor Daniel B. Logan has been the pastor of Our Lady Star of the Sea Parish since August 1999. He graduated from St. Patrick’s Seminary College in Carlow, Ireland in 1963. He was ordained to the priesthood and relocated to the Diocese of St. Augustine that same year. Monsignor earned his undergraduate degree from Mungret Jesuit College and his graduate degree from Catholic University, Washington, D.C. He concluded his studies in 1968 and returned to the Diocese of St. Augustine. His many years of experience in education include serving as teacher, vice president and president of Bishop Kenny High School in Jacksonville during a 24-year assignment. Monsignor plays a visible and important role at Palmer Catholic Academy as a leader, mentor and educator. His dedication to excellence and commitment to a quality Catholic education for our children is paramount.
